Researchers must access the Repository at the Texas ERC through approved client workstations. Research workstations must be reserved in advance and reservations for access to the client workstations at The University of Texas at Austin are made by researchers on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may be made only by those individuals who have already been granted access to the Texas ERC through their University of Texas Electronic Identity (UT EID).
Physical access to the research workstations at The University of Texas at Austin is controlled through an electronic card reader system. For those individuals who do not possess a university ID card, access will be provided during normal business hours by a Texas ERC staff member. Arrangements should be made in advance for after-hours access.
