When submitting a formal research proposal to the Director of the Texas ERC, prospective researchers must also include a reader’s guide. The reader’s guide is a short summary of the project and serves as a quick overview for the ERC Advisory Board. Researchers are required to prepare the reader’s guide using the template provided in the Appendix A of the Policies & Procedures: General Information handbook.
